Gu-Lan tea can be traced back to the 4th century during the period of the ancient Silk Road. At the ancient town of Gu Loulan, traders prepared a herbal tea by using different spices sourced from Mongolia, China and the Himalayas before the start of their long journey.   • Use 2 teabags to make a full cup of strong taste tea. Remove teabags, add 3 teaspoons of natural sweetener, Stirring till all are melt. (Optional: add maximum 10ml of Dry Gin (17.5% Alcohol Volume) if not on a diet. )
