Order Handling and Shipping

All orders are packed and handled so as to ensure your privacy.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. A confirmation email was sent to you upon the dispatch of your order, with the tracking number for your parcel. (Please check your spam folder if you can't find it in inbox.)

Delivery

Signature is required for all parcels at delivery. Parcels are delivered during business hours of the location. If you are unattended during the delivery, the parcel will be left at the nearest post office outlet for pickup (signature required), unless 'Special instructions' was given at the check-out requesting the parcel to be left in a preferred location within the premises.
