Exchange

If you think you have purchased a wrong product, you can return your order within 60 days from the date of order for an exchange of other Harmoni-T product(s) with the same product value.

To exchange your order, please email your exchange request to support@harmoni-t.com. Please make the email subject to be:

'Exchange - Order ID ... '

Before requesting an exchange, please note:

  • Exchange of product is free.
  • Proof of purchase (payment receipt or order ID) will be required for exchange.
  • Exchange can only be processed for unopened boxes only.
  • Exchange cannot be processed for used non-consumable products, including tea wares and gift boxes etc.

Exchange of following items does not require a return of original item:

  • Faulty items subject to a replacement conducted by Harmoni-T.
  • Damaged non-consumable items during shipping.
