- Has my order gone through successfully?

All successful orders will display an on-screen confirmation message and you will receive an order confirmation email. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- What happens after I ordered?

Once your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox. Your order will be processed through our fulfilment department for dispatch within 7 business hours.
- My delivery address is wrong. Can I amend the delivery address?

Not to worry.
If your order had not being processed through our fulfilment centre for dispatch, please send us an email to request update of delivery address. Please note that due to our system being automated, once your order has been placed, we have a very short time window to amend your delivery details. We highly suggest that you double check your cart and details before checking out.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can redirect your order to an updated address with Australia Post once you have received the dispatch notice that contains tracking details.
- How can I track my order?

All successful orders will display an on-screen confirmation message and you will receive an order confirmation email.
Tracking details for your online order will be included in your ‘order dispatched’ email. This is generally sent 1 to 2 business days after you place your order.
If you’ve received your order confirmation but have not received a dispatch email after 3 business days, please let our Customer Care team know here. Please note during peak times (including promotional or sale periods) this dispatch time may be longer.
- When my order will be shipped?

All orders are dispatched within 7 business hours. All orders are packed and handled so as to ensure your privacy. You will receive an email with an Australian Post tracking number for your order.
- How is the order deliveried?

Signature is required for all parcels at delivery. Parcels are delivered during business hours of the location. If you are unattended during the delivery, the parcel will be left at the nearest post office outlet for pickup (signature required).
If you prefer the parcel to be left in a preferred location within the premises, please leave a notification with authority to leave in 'Note to the seller' (optional) on the check-out page. However, We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel within the premises after the delivery.
- What if the order is lost during shipping?

If the parcel carrying your order is confirmed to be lost by Australia Post. An replacement parcel for your order will be sent.

Please note that Harmoni-T Performance is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left our warehouse.
All shipping timeframes are from the time of dispatch. Dispatch take 24 hours from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends or sale and promotional periods.

Most orders are dispatched no later than next business day*. In some cases, it could take between 1 to 3 business days* from the time of your order being placed.

- What are the shipping costs?

We offer flat rate of AU$9.99 for all online purchases within Australia.
Shipping to other countries are calculated with basing on weight.
Free shipping is available for some products and offers.
Please note the free shipping offer and shipping costs are subject to change without notice.
- Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do. Please enter your PO Box address into the delivery address field as normal.
- What is your Return Policy?

We offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We guarantee you'll be thrilled with our products, or you can return your order within 30 days from the date the product was confirmed delivered to you via Australia Post for a refund of your product purchase price.

- My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If the item arrived damaged, please simply send us an email with photo(s) of the damaged item through Customer Care within 7 days upon receiving the order. We will organize an replacement to be sent.
