Handling and Shipping
All orders are packed and handled so as to ensure your privacy.
All shipping timeframes are from the time of dispatch. Dispatch take 24 hours from the time of your order being placed. In some cases, it could take between 1 to 3 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends or sale and promotional periods.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Domestic (Australia):
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your progress via the Australia Post website or app.
International:
We use the Australia Post International Standard service. Once your parcel clears customs in your country, it is handed over to your local national postal carrier for final delivery. For the most detailed local updates, you can enter your tracking number directly into your carrier's portal.

New Zealand: 4 - 7 business days
United States: 7 - 12 business days
Canada: 7 - 12 business days
United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe: 7 - 10 business days
Japan, India: 6 - 10 business days
China (PRC): 6 - 10 business days
Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea: 4 - 10 business days
Other Countries: 10 - 15 business days
This delivery times do not apply to products that is out of stock. You will be informed if the product you intend to purchase is out of stock before you order.
Delivery
Signature is required for all parcels at delivery. Parcels are delivered during business hours of the location. If you are unattended during the delivery, the parcel will be left at the nearest post office outlet for pickup (signature required).
If you prefer the parcel to be left in a preferred location within the premises, please leave a notification with authority to leave in 'Special instructions' (optional) on the check-out page. However, We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel within the premises after the delivery.
