    No. To ensure the resveratrol maintains its best quality and does not oxidize during storage, we only supply resveratrol in capsules.


    What is standard serving different from capsule count?

    A standard serving is the recommended dose to be consumed to achieve the full benefits mentioned in the study. In most cases, each standard serving equals to 2 capsules.


    Do I have to take the standard serving each day?

    Not necessarily. As a dietary supplement, one capsule a day is sufficient to receive the desired results according to most of our customers, especially when using P99 or Micro500.


    What is the difference between P50 and P99 Resveratrol?

    The differences are the purity and strength. P50 is 50% trans-resveratrol and P99 is 99%. You need to take doubled dose of P50 to receive the same results as one dose of P99.


    What is the difference between P99 and Micro500 Resveratrol?

    P99 and Micro500 are the same in strength. However, Micro500 is micronized resveratrol, whose absorption rate is about 220% of P99. You will only need one capsule a day.


    Is resveratrol safe for children?

    Resveratrol is safe for people of eleven (11) years of age or older.


    How long does it take for results?
